At RYOBI, we stand behind the quality of our tools and offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange provided the item is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
